Legally it would be very difficult/impossible to enforce a house being "taken off the market".

Not at all difficult. Google lock-out agreements.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

What makes you think these two Paul Carrs are linked in any way?

chazza its a con, why can you not do the work for yourself if it is ppi.
All the forms are on here that you need..

£250 to tell you that you can not claim....jesus i would love that wage . It takes two minutes of work to work out if you can claim..
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

The £250 is for the cost of ringing people up at random and telling them they have a potential claim. You might have to ring 100 people to get one sale.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
  • Our butchers called Paul Carr......would this be the same man ?
