Has anyone who subscribed received their 1st copy yet? I subscribed over 3 weeks ago and got an email 3 weeks ago today saying the first copy will be with me within 14 days but i've still not received anything. I have sent them an email to see whats going on

No I havnt got mine yet either!! Don't bother ringing them its a waste of time and it will wind you up even more! Lol
If you don't want them you can still cancel as they won't take the money untill its ready to send out.
Ill still wait Tho I think, it's a good deal and if I don't like them I'll just end it early.
Let us know what they say to you.

I emailed De Agostini over a week ago asking how many issues there were going to be in the collection but to date they haven't even answered. :eek: I think if they cannot answer one simple question in over a week it doesn't really say much about their customer service and therefore I think I would be best to give this collection a miss.

Did anyone find out for definite how many issues are going to be in the collection?

picked mine up from the sorting office today :-) curiously tho' it says 0.00 funds will be deducted from my account...

Got mine yesterday and it says that on my bill to! I rang up and asked when I will be billed and they said as it took so long the first two issues are free!
Good result but shame it took so long!

I didn't get the gun either I got a cake stand but hay it's free!
I canceled anyway because I didn't like the mag it's not that thick just a few projects.
The online part is down too so I couldn't log in to cancel and they said it should be fixed by the end if next week!

Crap company totally waste of time but great for the free mags!!
