how does the subscription work? can you buy the first one then cancel? or do you get billed every month for the 2.99?

When you add it to your basket it states 99p also it say's on the page that there is no obligation and you can cancel at anytime - Its not really clear though as it goes on to say you will recieve 2 magazines with your first order which would be part 1 at 99p and part 2 at £2.99 so possibly £3.98 before you can cancel?

    look for DeAgostini Cake Decorating Part 1 - 99p ONLY + P&P

on ebay. i got mine from there...

Just looked on e-bay and only one seller has listed it and have sold none! Seems as though someone has seen this thread and decided to make a profit from MSE users which looks like its going to backfire seeing as the magazine seems to be available in more and more places now at 99p rather than the 99p PLUS £4.99 delivery charge the e-bayer is trying to scam from people!:cool:

Looking at the subscription offer its 4 issues every month
" then 4 issues every month thereafter, plus special issues that De Agostini (priced at £4.99 each) may publish from time to time"
so potentially more than £12 a month if you forget/ have a problem with cancelling subscription. Just a word of warning....
    lovin' this site!

Thanks Murie. I was tempted to subscribe if it was one a month because of all the freebies but thought it was too good to be true!

I got mine from an Asda in Coventry. Was so excited. Thanks OP! (It was separate to the other cookery magazines as it is over-sized.)

No luck here either, tempted to subscribe as i would like the sugarcraft gun. Is the actual magazine any good, worth the £3.98 for 1st 2 issues for all the free stuff i think!!!

oh, ive just looked and noticed that there are two variations of free gifts, the hand blender and silicone bakeware one. wished id noticed before hand as i have a hand mixer lol

Thanks for that,I have just subscribed as an early Xmas pressie for my Daughter who loves decorating cakes. Read that there may be extra issues at £4.99 but will buy it until the 5th month so that she gets the extras then cancel.

Note to self put a reminder in outlook.
