Cost of returning items to home bargains online?

I want to return an order to Home Bargains but have no experience of their return service and return costs. My original order wasn't huge or expensive and I'm wondering if its worth the hassle (there's nothing faulty with the products either).
I've read their help section and they state that they will refund the full amount (including the original P&P, £3 in my case) minus the return P&P costs. I assume this return cost will be the same but there's no further info about return costs.
If anyone can share their experience of HB customer service and return charges I'd be v.grateful.

If they're using a carrier they probably get a lower, contract, price. Can't you just post it back by RM (recorded)?0 -
Wont they refund it in store? or is there not one near you?0
