I was looking for a dedicated slimming world thread but cant find one so thought i would ask here.
I've been doing slimming world for the past 10 weeks and have lost a stone, thing is this time every month i gain when i'm ovulating and then start losing again when i am on my period.
This happened twice now at this same spot every month and thats the only thing that i can pin point it to. I had a fantastic week, lots of excercise and stuck to the diet 110% and yet i gained 1.5 pounds. And it was exactly the same last week. So i works out i have 2 weeks of gaining and then 2 weeks of losing.
Can anyone give me any advice how i can stop this every month? I know i cant lose every week but it feels like i'm gaining and then losing what i've gained and vice versa and i'm just stuck at a stone loss. Do you think going on the pill so i am not ovulating each month would help?
Any help will be great xxx
