It's not very obvious, but I'd guess this is the clue:

I know it's a hard one,probably the hardest question i've ever seen on here or had to find.They say clue but normally when a site does that it's right there staring you in the face but not this time.

I can't enter it anyway. It says you have to be a member to enter and to be a member you have to have ordered from them in the past and got a subscriber number.

I just registered with them and it let me enter ok just like any other comp

I've done 1 or 2 Computer arts ones before - they are usually 'send us a graphic drawing' or some such - that is one of their easier ones!! lol

And yes the answer is by usb cable.
