Might have to drag the 4 & 2 year olds old in a bit......only live a few minutes away from an asda, and this is too good to be true...if it works!
Thanks Op0 -
Hi all I work for asda and if something goes through our till for 2p it means it's a product withdrawal an we aren't allowed to sell it. I would assume that the colleague serving didn't notice it was 2p and carried on with the transaction. Especially if the shelves have since been cleared of the product I'd say it's been took off sale. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news

Yeah, just spotted this offer on HUKD as well.

Might be helpful if people who aren't able to get hold of this offer to see if any other stores are selling this for 2p.

Surely if it's been withdrawn it shouldn't be available on the shelf to buy? Aren't the product withdrawals supposed to be acted on immediately.zoeain1412 wrote: »Hi all I work for asda and if something goes through our till for 2p it means it's a product withdrawal an we aren't allowed to sell it. Plenty of my colleagues have bought laundry items for 2p in my store with no problems from management.
Perhaps it's been reduced to clear due to no longer stocking them in the 20 tab packs anymore, perhaps a re-brief on the aisle meaning there's no space for this variety/size anymore.:smileyhea Proud Mummy of 2 :smileyheaTotally addicted to Boots glitches & the Next sales!0
