Just trying to do my 1st online order @ Mr T (10% off £50 + £5 cashback).

I don't need a lot (cupboards etc pretty full) but wanted to get some "proper" cat food (since the wee "darlings" obviously aren't going to eat the other stuff I got:( and the stuff they like is on offer @ Mr Ts).

Thought I'd do an order now and then have a very low budget for next month but struggling to get to £50....

Nearly everything I try to add (5kg bags of potatoes - in fact any bag over 1kg which there is no way I'm going to buy as too expensive, butter on offer etc) is going into my basket & disappearing:huh:

Does this mean that it's a) either out of stock or b) not held where I get it delivered from? (If the nearest store, it's tiny. So is our Mr A but deliveries come from the big store in town but I can't find Mr A on quidco).

I've been "stuck" on £37 for about an hour now!:o

ETA - I have found Mr A on quidco but it doesn't seem to offer anything for groceries?

I think I'd give them a call on their helpline as that doesn't sound at all right. Just looked up the number for you - 08457 22 55 33

  • Grrrr apparently still problems with their update of their website (3 days!).

Now need to go & get a pen so I can write down everything I've put in the basket - it's taken me HOURS to get to this point! (apparently items only saved for a couple of hours - don't want to go through checkout yet as not got to my £50.....)
