I don't know how much you are looking on paying for a TV but I was in Tesco homestore in Denton on Sunday Plasmasthey have a 42" flat plasma for £699 ok price but I would advise againt a plasma if you watch a lot of football I have got a tad dizzy from time to time watching futty (In my experience I have found plasmas are always catching up with the image on sports or fast cars in films etc

After spending a good few months reading various comments on the net advice most of the time is to keep away from them and go for a LCD (Plasmas are a lot cheaper than LCD)

Any how after looking round on the net to bag myself a TV i found this website to be very good indeed http://www.pixmania.co.uk - I beleive this company is the parent of Currys dixons and PC World

    Good luck chappy....

    try https://www.avforums.com

i personnally prefer the colour and contrast on a plasma compared to an LCD. Panasonic do a nice range of plasmas.
