Pampers active fit size 3 56 pack glitch @ Tesco(sorry)

I have just received my shopping from the delivery driver and upon looking at the receipt the pampers i purchased were BOGOF but it has also taken off £3.98 for offer titled 2 4 £16
Therefore 2 x56 packs = £19.98 -9.99 (bogof) = £9.99 -£3.98 = £6.01 for 112 Nappies :j:j:j if i had a car i would go get another couple of packs, but i dont :-(
May work on other sizes aswell?????

My order has just been delivered - I ordered two of the size 5 packs - it didn't work on my order - they only deducted the £9.99. But online the pack size is showing as 46 but when they arrived there was 44 in each pack so I rang up and they refunded me £1

I wonder if you have cracked it, perhaps they are reducing the amount in each pack and its the older packs that do this ????

Tried this morning on size 4+ and it just gave me BOGOF.
Tried this afternoon on size 5 and just did the 2 for £16 deal.
