I have been approached by IVA helpline. Does anyone know if they are legit? I am in an IVA but they tell me I shouldnt and should consider bankruptcy. My head is all over. I have been fed so many lies by companies I don't no what 2 believe or what to do best. They insist by doing bankruptcy my debt is done in 12 months. They make it sound like it's such an easy solution but Ive heard it's really tough and to stay in the IVA. Can anyone help or shed any light on this company as well as if bankruptcy is an easy fix or do I stay with my IVA???
Thanx

I don't think anyone who has been through it would describe bankruptcy as an easy fix.
But it is a fix in the sense that all your debts would be written off, and depending how much income you have, you may not have to pay anything towards them.
How much do you owe, and what is your income?
If the debt's a lot, and the income is a little, bankruptcy is worth considering.0
