hi all ,

we made this today and it was so scrummmmmy!!! just a question we have loads of left over sauce ...can we reheat it? i dont know cos its fresh cream? thanks xx

It's a great deal and I pounced on it. We don't much like creamy sauces though so I made straight tarragon roast chicken with rosemary potatoes and used the cream on an apple crumble instead. Still got half the herbs left so froze them and will use the shallots in a stew next week. But the chicken is humungous and will easily do my family(4 of us) for three meals plus soup plus cat scraps.

Despite speaking to a manager at my local and bein told that they werent doing this offer I wandered round and just picked up the items on the leaflet and hey presto it checked out at £5. A great deal for so much food and yes a really good sized chicken.

All items were in one end fridge with the leaflets next to it at Carlisle store, just as you go in.

We ate it yesterday and it was excellent.

Loads of chicken left too - ours was a 2.5kg monster!!

Hopefully there will be another deal this week.
