Tesco 5p off fuel £10 frozen food error

This may be the wrong place to post this...if it is sorry.

I visited Tesco this morning bought £12 of frozen food but no voucher appeared for the fuel. After ages at customer services with all the food being refunded and put through the till again it still didn't work so the toilet rolls were used to get the voucher to print.

Just thought I'd let people know

Apparently it only works for certain frozen foods with the labels attached. My parents bought £10 worth of frozen foods only to be told they were the wrong type!

they should go back & get the voucher they are owed, nothing saying selected products on the website.

Spend £10 or more on Frozen foods
and receive a 5p off per litre fuel coupon.

EXACTLY it says frozen foods not selected frozen foods however don't go back get on to HO and get a giftcard for your trouble too lol

I bought some frozen meat yesterday- apparently I should have known that frozen meat wasn't included because there was no picture of frozen meat on the advert in store.

Got a 5p voucher at customer services after complaining for 5 minutes!
Phoned customer services today and been promised a gift card.

Should the frozen food voucher say 'frozen food' on it. I only got one voucher yesterday but think it must have been for £50 spend not frozen food, just thought the £50 spend 5p voucher must have ended. TIA

You usually get only one voucher if you meet two of the conditions. ie, if you have £60 of groceries including £10 of frozen food you would be better off splitting it into two receipts (£50 + £10).
