hi I was wondering if anyone can help me.
I received a CCJ claim form in November 2006 for a debt I have with Bank of Scotland, I returned the defence forms not querying anything and offered them a repayment of £5.00
As to date i have not heard anything. Can anybody tell me how long it takes, and what happens if the judge or creditor will not accept my £5 pm repayment, I don't own my home so they would not be able to go for a charging order. What else can they do?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated
Hope you all had a great weekend

It can take weeks or months. If you don't like the result, you have 14 days from the date of judgement to ask for a redetermination by a district judge.
If you can't get an instalment order, the usual method of enforcement is bailiffs, but they could alternatively go for an attachment of earnings order, third party debt order (unlikely) or bankruptcy (even more unlikely)
