Yesterday I ordered about six items from the clearance sale.

Last night I got an e-mail from customer services saying one item you ordered is out of stock.

Today I get an e-mail from customer services saying all the items you ordered are out of stock !

Just sent them an e-mail asking for an explanation.

That happens a lot with the clearance stuff, sometimes they send a letter which can take over a week to get to you.

Still worth trying again as I've had things cancelled and then seen them back in stock and eventually managed to get them. I've also been told it's out of stock and still recieved the item.

I am managing to get on ok..however I can't seem to get any double quilt bedding which is annoying. All out of stock :-(

They have delivered 3 items in two deliveries, so far, and four items on my credit card!

And an automated response to my e-mail, "we hope to respond to this e-mail within 5 days". :mad: :mad: :mad:

It is very hit and miss, most sizes are out of stock and even thoe items it tells you are in stock they later write and tell you aren't!

However, I still got two nice coats for a fraction of the original price. Don't know if there's still anything worth getting though...
