How accurate is Moneysupermarkets SmartSearch..?
Comments
-
It is as accurate as the data provided to moneysupermarket by HSBC and the way the CC deal is coded on their site I guess. Given each banks scorecards (who they will accept and what limits they will give) are different it is almost impossible to know.
I don't like moneysupermarket to be honest. They claim to search the best deals and offer you the best for you, but unless you are savvy, you may well get offered a sub-optimal deal or one that is paying them the biggest commission for an online application through their site.
Always cross check the search results against the recommendations from a site like this or moneyfacts which is truly impartial.
