I'm trying to have a go at making some moulding materials as described in the following links:-
http://www.instructables.com/id/How-To-Make-Your-Own-Sugru-Substitute/
http://www.instructables.com/id/Make-a-silicone-mold-from-common-household-materia/
but I can't find where to buy corn starch from. I looked in our local supermarket & asked in local shops, but I get looked at as though I've got 2 heads. Any advise please...

Tescos and Sainsburys have it- thats where my mum usually picks it up (she likes to bake), its with the flour or the bicarb. of soda and dried fruit and spices but can vary per supermarket. Normally in most mid sized and larger supermarkets rather then smaller local shops.0

Are you sure there are no African shops near you?
Go to Google maps and type in African shops. You'll need to set your location first.0 -
I guess the site you have been browsing is American?
Just look for cornflour on the supermarket - it's the same thing0 -
