Credit Rating

I just took the free trial with experian and my credit rating is 999. Would this be completely accurate? It also said that I have 20k of credit agreements excluding the mortgage. Could this be my car lease? I can't think of anything else it could be. Would a 3 year car lease count as credit to the value of the car?Or are these things inaccurate
Anyway,my question, would 999 mean that I'd get pretty much any mortgage that I'd be eligable for?
Is this the highest possible score? because it also said this:
Factors that are having a negative effect on your score

- You have several credit agreements (excluding mortgages), and the outstanding balance is high

seems logical.Anyway,my question, would 999 mean that I'd get pretty much any mortgage that I'd be eligable for?
The experien credit "score" is a marketing thing for experian. Lenders have their own method. However, it does indicate that there is nothing on file that would give a lender a concern as long as you declare the lease the repayments as part of your mortgage application.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). You can be unemployed and get a 999 score.
Your chances of a mortgage? Nil.
Plenty of threads on here about "999 score and turned down."I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
