Getting a mortgage with a fair credit score

Hi, my credit score is 821 (affected by an overdue payment on my credit card 1 moth ago which has now been paid but not updated on my credit report). I am applying for a mortgage this week as sold my house and offer accepted on a new one. Will this affect my application greatly?

I have had a mortgage with a certain bank for over 7 years and will be applying with them.
Have had 4 missed payments in 1 year (all credit cards) but never defaulted. never missed a mortgage payment or loan payment.

    You may have to go off the high street, however if you have no luck with your bank, hopefully its not HSBC, then send me a PM and i will point you in the right direction.
