Birthday Ideas??

Basically I'm going to be 22 on the 29th Sept and wanted to do something as I very rarely do anything on my birthday and then regret it after. For my 21st I didn't really have a big celebration which ruined my mood as I was hoping for a surprise bash which never happened. 
Anyway, I was thinking of having a girly pamper party (mainly family so mixed ages) but not too sure what the best and most inexpensive company to go with are...
I also just wanted to have a get together and play Wii games with the younger family members and order in pizza or something.
I wondered if anyone had any other ideas or could elaborate on my current plans?
Any help would be great
