Philips Pension fund UK problems

Hi, I'm having problems with the Philips pension fund, my protected rights pension (GMP) is due to be paid next month when I'm 65, I've had a P161 form from HMRC wanting details of this and other pensions but can get no details from Philips pensions UK, I have phoned four times and written once, they just say there is a backlog whatever that means, they make promises but nothing turns up, I believe they are AON or similar working for Philips, has anyone else had problems? or drawn a Philips pension, any info gratefully received, thanks..
