    interesting!

sometimes I drizzle some oil onto the baking tray to stop the dough sticking...also I put a glug of olive oil in the dough mix. could it be that?

is it flavoured with italian sounding ingredients?

I buy Pizza oil in France. The stuff I buy has chillis and herbs and you sprinkle it on top the pizza to spice it up.
  • I drizzle olive oil onto the crust of a HM pizza before it goes into the oven. It makes the crust lovely and crisp. Might try making a bottle of this now.

    Thanks, Penny. x
