Hi All,
I have a barclaycard and after dealing with wescot since december 2009 where I made a good payment history they have after rejecting my PPI claim passed the account onto Moorfield.
Has anyone had dealings with moorfield?
I am passing the complaint onto the ombudsman but just wondered if anyone had any idea why a bank would do this in terms of passing the account over to another collector when I met all payments with wescot - if the account is dragging on them do they move it if they arent happy?
