Claiming back bank charges - help please

Hi,

I have read a few threads about claiming back bank charges, can anyone give me any info on this or point me in the right direction and if anyone was successful against Nationwide and Lloyds TSB.

What charges can you claim back for or is it all charges?

Also does anyone have standard letters to send to the bank and also to companies offering them a nominal payment each month to sort out a debt.

Many thanks

Sam

Try https://www.penaltycharges.co.uk or the consumer action group (there's a link on the site somewhere). You can claim back any penalty charges ie bounced cheque charge, over overdraft limit charge, returned direct debit charge and the list goes on. Theres also the bank charges forum on this site.
