set my facebook settings....

I've always had my facebook settings to private, so nobody who looks at my page, can see my wall and photos.
But i've just come back from holiday, and noticed that facebook have changed the settings, and part of my wall and photos that i tag friends in are visable to othes.
i've just spent a good hour trying to set my page to private again, but i'm at a loss with the new settings.
I just wondered if anyone could help me to do it.
