Mortgage advice!!!!!!

Hi Everyone,My Girlfreind is going through a divorce (messy) and was looking to get a mortgage, she had a mortgage in place with Lloyds for 71k (19800K Yearly income + WTC) she now has be given 2500K a year from the CSA, Lloyds are saying they can only give her a mortgage of 66500K which has confused me and her because her income has gone up, Lloyds say policy changes? she has an A* Credit rating, Question 1 will she be able to find a mortgage to borrow More? if so any recomendations she is looking at spending £100-110K with £25k deposit, I think some of you are looking and saying no problems but just need to know and suggestions, she is a bit stressed :-(
Any advice the wider world has would be greatly appriciatted, Have a good night.

  • It looks like Lloyds don't want to take account of the CSA funds as she may be eligible for it but what happens if the ex-partner stops paying so i can see why they have done it.

If she needs then extra then I'd recommend seeing a broker and shop about im sure there will be another company who will be willing to take it into account although I don't know any of the top of my head.
