So glad I found this website!!

In the 10 days or so since I have found this website - I have been inspired to change my approach to clearing all debt. With the help of articles and advice on this site, in 10 days I have :

- Approached my endowment company about making a shortfall claim
- Saved a delivery charge from Tesco
- Started a "Mortgage Pig"
- Received 5 free sims cards
- Sent off for a free shower gel
- sent off for two free packs of sanitary towels
- used loads of vouchers
- joined Pigsback
- and most importantly made a plan regarding clearing my debts!!

So a big thank you to Martin and everyone who has posted tips!! I look forward to seeing what else i can find (although worried I might get obsessed!).

Obsessed isnt the word, i dont have time to spend money any more as im always on here!!!LOL.
I havent been on here long but wow what a different, iv changed so much , the way i shop,cook, think, all resulting in saving money!!

make sure you are paying the cheapest utilities and insurance too.
Have you checked out the freebies-no spend required board? especially the cinema codes thread.... register on https://www.seefilmfirst.com and pick up codes on here to go to the cinema for free! If you take your own snacks it stops you spending when you get there.

i so agree i only found it cuz i got a slow cooker for xmas and looked up recipiesbut now im here every day just letting the info and tips sink in and trying to practic them today went for a walk with the kids through the woods great fun kids liked it and saved 1 hours electric on the tv and computer and lights
