I received e-mail from Boots saying "hope you enjoyed your free sample of Loverdose.." I actually have not received it so I e-mailed them back. This is what they replied...

    Hello,
If you need to contact us again, please quote your customer reference number *******
Thanks for contacting us about the Diesel Loverdose sample you haven't received. I do apologise.
I've looked into this further and the free sample is only valid with purchase of the 75ml Loverdose. I've checked our systems and I was unable to locate a boots.com order in your name.
I do appreciate you received a generic email from us and I'm very sorry for the confusion caused. As stated above, we can only give the sample when purchasing the 75ml Loverdose.
Were currently offering 3 for 2 Mix & Match across 1000s of facial skincare, hand & body, indulgent bathing, hair removal & No7 on boots.com and in store.
Thanks again for contacting us. If I can help in any further way, please contact me on the number below. At the end of this email there is a questionnaire, which will help us make sure we are providing you with the very best customer care. Please take a few moments to copy this into a new email, complete and return it to us.
    Kind regards

The question is "Was there actually a free sample of Loverdose"???

Yes, that's what I got too, not even the usual little bit of perfume-infused lint behind the foil.

Why would you need a 1.5 ml sample if you have already bought the 75 mls? Bit late, I would have thought.
