Mortgage..which one for me?..anyone?? HELP!!

hi i currently have an interest only mortgage with the Northern Rock,Mortgage is for 145k and is roughly £860p/m.
property is worth about 190k......but i also have a secured mortgage on my property for 74K(should be 62k but those nice people at Barclays 'urged' me to take out PPI...mis-sold i think you call it!)
im in abit of financial trouble which im trying to sort with the CCCS at the moment....
my wife and i earn 46k between us per year....
any ideas??

Why dont you ask northern rock if they will let you switch to their "together" mortgage deal and consolidate the lot. the together deal offers up to 125% of your property value.I am a Mortgage Adviser
