Morning all,
I am currently looking at a Scothwood Style property and just wanted some advide by people about its pro's and cons.
Will this make it less saleable when I sell? Is it inferiorly built? Easy to maintain etc etc etc etc.
Your help would be appreciated.
Are they easy to get mortgages on?
