If my memory serves me right from reading posts on here from quite a while ago Troll works for a DCA. OK fair enough it can give a different side to the picture and give sound advice but in this case the posts are very unhelpful and usually offensive. Best to ignore

I clearly state 'unless there are other circumstances that you haven't noted I would certainly not ignore it as suggested.' We now have the full story from KittyKate so know the additional circumstances i.e. that previously the fraud issue had been resolved with RBOS.
