£11 bench Glasses (prescription ones)

Just so people know, I took advantage of this deal, the lens I chose have sold out, so they offered my a replacement, all of which I did not like, so I found another pair of glasses (not bench) for £35 and they honoured the £11 price for me.

I go through the whole process, pick my frames, insert my prescription, etc but then when it gets to the payment screen I click pay by Debit card and it just goes to a white screen!?

Any ideas

I've tried logging into my account but it just crashes everytime I click log in. Grrrr.
