Make sure you listen to Heart Breakfast each day from Monday 24th through to Friday 28th October as each morning Jez & Roo will be playing audio from Chas' ordeal. All you have to do is work out how long you think Chas was 'Brave in a Cave' and text in your answer, e.g. '30 minutes', to 82122 starting your text with the word 'CAVE'.

You can text in as often as you like during the week as you may keep changing your mind as your hear each days audio. We can tell you one thing he was brave enough to last more than a minute but definitely not more than an hour!

On FRIDAY we'll reveal how brave Chas really was in the spooky caves and select the five entries received throughout the week who are closest to the actual time he spent in the deep dark cave!

Our winners will receive a family annual membership to Wookey Hole plus an overnight stay in a family room at the Wookey Hole Hotel, so you can really make it a monster trip!
