The prize provider is Prizeshark (No 4, Downlands, Harrietsham, Maidstone, Kent, ME17 1LE) and the prize comprises:

* Return flights for 4 people in economy class from a UK airport of our choice to Orlando, Florida, USA
* Return train travel in the UK to and from the airport. Alternatively the cost of petrol will be covered.
* 8 days Car hire in Florida.
* 7 nights in 2 double or twin rooms at a hotel in central Orlando or Universal Drive, 4* hotel on a room only basis.
* 4 x 2 day passes to the Disney theme park
* 4 x 1 day passes to Sea World

The prize is valid for 1 year, from 10th January 2012 and cannot be taken over the Christmas period (19th December 2012 – 5th January 2013), or Easter (31st March 2012 – 13th April 2012).

The holiday must be booked within 28 days of being notified of win and cannot be cancelled or changed once booked.

If the holiday is not booked within 28 days of notification of winning, the prize will be forfeited and another prize winner will be chosen.

The winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. ESTA fees will be reimbursed by the prize provider but it is the responsibility of the winner to organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

The prize excludes additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, personal expenses and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
