    Hi,crazyterrier2000

Does this fall foul of the MSE cost limit ie:

For every magazine subscription you buy as a gift or for yourself this Christmas you will be entered into the prize draw to win a prize, so the more magazine subscriptions you take, the more chances you have of winning.

hi, does anyone know why I am unable to send texts to 85088? I am on vodafone payg.

    thanks xx

    Hi

I have the same thing. I think it's because you have to be known to be an adult to use them - they are barred at the moment. I phoned (I'm with Vodaphone, too) and asked, and was told that I would have to pay a small amount (I think it was about £2) with a credit card, not a debit card, to prove that I was over 18. I keep meaning to sort it out as it's very annoying when there are good comps I want to enter. They said that this would be refunded, it was just to prove age.

You'll need to phone Vodaphone, when you phone to check your credit, I think there are various options, and you'll need to have a credit card with you.

    Hope that helps.

    Call 1550 942044 (ROI)

    Calls cost 61p per min/max 2 mins

Or enter with coupon in magazine (mag costs 90p)

I bought the mag this week to enter by post - I usually enter by phone but notice that it is only ONCE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD so careful if you usually phone/text and like me buy the mag now and again to not disqualify yourself
