can anyone help. i have been with payplan now for 2 yrs . My bank debt has gone to court and i now have a charging order on my property. They will not freeze the interest for me which is a total of 55.00pm..i can only afford 40.pm . Payplan have written to them with no luck. I have worked out that not only in 25 yrs will i still owe the 10,000 pounds but would have paid them about 12,000 also in interest back.
My debt was 8,600 in september 06 and now is 10,700 as due to charges and costs they keep adding on since going to court. They will not give me a breakdown of all my payments and charges since August 04 when they give me my loan and I am lost to were all my payments have gone since that date.
I dont know what to do next, im i being unfairly treated or are they in the right to put me through all this. From handing my debt over to payplan all my other debters have been extremly understanding of my circumstances. But now that i have a charging order on my property i feel that the Natwest are takeing liberties and just putting all sorts of charges on my debt cause at the end of the day they know they will get it all back. But is this fair???

I believe all these charges are reclaimable as unfair terms.
plenty of people successful in claiming back from Natwest, for a start off.
Who is the DCA? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
