Are you sure about the conn fee? I cannot find it on the site, you just need to register, and they do not require an address like phonegnome does:-
"Registered members get a maximum of 300 minutes per week of free calls, measured over the last 7 days and per unique IP address. Unused free minutes cannot be taken to the following week(s). If limit is exceeded the normal rates apply. With your FREE DAYS you can call for free to all the destinations listed as free! when you have no FREE DAYS left the normal rates apply. You can get extra Freedays by buying credit"Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -

From the FAQ section.
"I want to call one of the free* destinations, but I get charged anyway
You have possibly reached the maximum limit of our Fair Use Policy or you may be dialling a mobile number without realising. Calls made via the WebCallDirect website are also subjected to a small connection fee (as stated in the WebCall panel). Please consult our terms of use for more info about the Fair Use Policy."0 -

Yep read that, but it does not say how much or how they would collect it, as they do not ask for your address or bank details do you think it would be added to your phone bill? if so an idea of cost would be helpful!Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -

No they dont add it to your phone bill. You buy credit their are a numbers of ways you can do this. They then deduct connection charge from your credit.0 -

I do understand that, but as my quote, (#14 ) states, and the fact I can find nowhere on the site giving call charges re the "free" counties, I am assuming you can use it for free, unless you go over the 300 minutes per week limit, yours and my quotes seem to contradict each other,( not our fault, but the sites faukl).Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -

You have to buy credit to get to use the service as has already been pointed out, connection charges are 5 euro cents, as are the cheap sms messages, their is no need to download anything, go to site and register for service this doesnt cost a bean, and your see how it works. Make a Free trial
call and buy some credit if you like idea.0 -
Right,I have just registered and made 3 phone calls of time durations, 3,2 and 7 minutes without purchasing credits,( I seem to remember somewhere it said the test call was only for 3 minutes, but can't find that now), My post #14 is taken from the home page and makes no mention about buying credits for calls up to 300 minutes per week.
Also unless I have got my calcs wrong, 5 euro cents = about 8p, so it would still be cheaper to use 1899,18866,18185 ?Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -
