theres a voucher in cosmo girl magazine which you send off for a mini manicure (the beauty group), i've never had a manicure before, but would like to know what a mini manicure offers, do they paint your nails or not?

Being a gal with rather buff nails- no pun intended:) let me tell ya what it is,
A mini manicure entails shape and paint of ur nails, its not the full works of them soaking ur nails then removing cuticles etc, its a basic lil thing but still nice for a bit of pampering!
