ASDA Glitch

Hi

My very first glitch! :j
In Asda Colemans Bolognese bake packet has a SEL of 25p but it's scanning at 50p, went to customer services got my 25p back and a £2 gift card.

my daughter was overcharged at asda the other day,and when she took her receipt to the customer services, they just gave her the difference back. when she asked about the £2 giftcard, she was told that they dnt give them out anymore,only if you've actually gone home and THEN noticed the overcharge and had to come back! is this the norm now?

100% incorrect - your daughter was lied to by CS. She should have called the Mgr to get the £2 giftcard and failing that contacted Head Office.

Not in ours - you have to ask a cashier, or try a sneaky look at self service, or get some staff bod with a mobile device to scan it for you

Hi I should also point out that there are a number of the colemans pasta bakes 'rolled back' to 50p but the bolognese bake is 25p.
Thanks the this site I always check my TESCO and ASDA receipts before i leave the store. The CS girl handed me the £2 without me even having to ask.

I bought huggies pull ups in asda yesterday which were £1.50 SEL but scanned at £3.when u went to get my money back they never even mentioned a gift card...typical!

Phone up Asda HQ even now and explain you were fleeced out of your £2 giftcard

I took a receipt in yesterday with an overcharge, I was given the money back plus a £2 giftcard :T

I didnt know they gave a giftcard until then, I was really suprised
