I ordered a set of 2 personalised cushion covers for a friend for Christmas which were to be personalised with a photo of her daughter who died as a baby two years ago, thse were ordered on 5th December & was told they would def be here for Christmas. I have been in almost every other day since middle of December but these are still not in, my friend is getting rather upset at this (she was with me when I ordered them!). They took the money from my bank account with 2-3 days, what should I do now? Accept it or kick up a fuss? All I keep getting from them is there is a delay at the place that makes them.
