I think you have to call them - Do it first thing in the morning as they may not have processed your order.

To be honest when Bench have a sale on it usually takes them a while to process all the orders so you should be ok!

Order has been sent already - most impressed, Bench usually take ages to send orders out at sale time!

argh... the bench stuff arrived and i forgot to tell my mum that if something comes dont sign for it...
I so didnt expect it to be dispatched and delivered today, since i did call up and they said they would cancel. :mad:

Returns process it is.. and losing out on some P&P then.

checked online and it says its stuck in "progress"
cant do an online return, just phoned up and they said i can just return it without going through the online way, by just putting the return sticker on it.

I hope this goes through well... or £50 lost out

Wow - Can't believe how quickly they have sent the orders out this time! I have returned items to Bench in the past but had to chase it up to get a refund as they seemed to drag their heels a bit

thanks for letting me know.
I guess it'll be slightly more difficult to trace this order if i dont have an online returns number to go by. Definitely gonna use recorded postage for this,

wohoo got a £70 jacket reduced to £28 then checked my loyalty card and got £11 off free delivery with code in post so £17 jacket a great spend hope it fits nice as i find bench are a little small on some things
