Hi all. Does DTD work with anything that is mis-priced or does it just apply to overpricing? Just bought burgen bread using the 30p voucher on front page. It's priced SEL at £1.35 but scans at £1. So potentially a DTD of 70p back.
  • :j:j mr s has the persil 2 in 1 (25 wash) reduced to £3.15 :j

Dettol no touch reduced to £5 use £3 off voucher:beer:

Sacla stir in sauce £1.49 use £1 off voucher:beer:

Back to Mr S again for me tonight then I wanted the no touch but didn't want to pay too much. My Mr S have been brilliant so far I've had a few coupons which haven't scanned but the girls have always put them through manually without any problems. Used the airwick one last night, they had new candles which change colour when lit half price £6 to £3 & got the ariel stain remover for 25p :T

Went to sainsbugs last night and, amongst other things, I bought a campbells soup and 4 ocean sprays. Gave the sa my coupons for the soup and ocean spray and it wasn’t until I got home that I realised she had only scanned 2 of the ocean sprays :(. She was fine until I got my coupons out and then she completely changed. I suppose you win some you lose some !

I had better success at t’s. Got a £27.37 shop down to £13.88 with various coupons.

I used 3 shreddies, 2 campbells soup, 1 philadelphia, t’s conditional spend and a few apg’s and price check vouchers. My sister nearly dies of embarrassment when I get my coupons out – very funny ! :D

DTD only applies if they OVER charge you, in your case you were undercharged so unless you want to pay them, smile and say thank you for a bargain ;)

  • Successful Mr A trip...just, thought I was going to get trouted, but as I was quite patient (customer in front having issues!) I sailed through phew!! Got home to find Mr T has sent out clubcard vouchers for £12 off an £80 shop; and Friday is shopping day; so guess where we will be going :D

Well I'm heading to Mr T today to try and bag a few voucher bargains. I keep looking for any really good deals on coffee but so far haven't found any. I'm hosting coffee morning next week for Macmillan cancer support and so far have loads of offers of donations of buns, my 33p PG Tips (with voucher), bought shabby chic paper cups and plates from Mr T in the sale. I want good coffee at cheap price, decent cheese and ham to make sandwiches to sell. Please can anyone give me a heads up if they spot these before I do.

    Thanks very much
    Rebecca x

P.S Need to coupon today to make up for DH overspend yesterday. Sent him for milk and toilet rolls and he spent a fiver over what I'd normally spend!!! Was very difficult smiling politely and thanking him for going!! lol

percol coffee has a money back guarantee so free coffee for your coffee morning! Look for the jars with the money back guarantee labels. :o
