So does that mean, if a product is on special offer, the coupon can't be used!

was definatly printed 20p and i asked before using and they said i could use it so got 4 rice for 12p each

it means this with any coupon. If you read most coupons, they say cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. it is dependent on the store how strict they are.

Ask at Customer Services before trying to use it to ask if they will accept it.

i think linzi was asking as they have accidently deleted there emails.

LINZI just a tip
when you get PDF/similar coupons ,save them to your pc before printing.you could have a file just for these type of coupons ,then it doesn't matter if you delete the email.

I am going completely off track, but wanted to thank everybody in the coupon community for literally changing my life...not only am I saving money and keeping a healthy laundry/cleaning stockpile; but I've also lost a stone since I began reading the forum and clipping coupons. I suffer with depression and at times household chores can drag me under...not anymore my house is like a new pin and more importantly my kids are happier than ever. Thankyou all once again

Well isn't that great! :beer: I know exactly what you mean, sometimes it's a small thing (by comparison) that can put a spring in your step, and get your Mojo back.
