This is the last time I am going to post this, can someone please help me it is quite urgent need it by november 1st.
I am retaking GCSE's through ICS (night school is out of the question). and 3 courses will cost basically £960. Does anyone know where I can get a 1k loan from?
Also I would rather avoid OD's and credit cards as although I will be earning over 10k per annum (hopefully) I wont have enough payslips to prove this by the time I need the loan

Well, it's either going to be a bank loan, or borrowing from a friend or family. Or perhaps you could sell something? There's no magic answer. If you will the end, you must will the means.0

I don't know - it depends on your bank's policy really. If you have a good credit record, I don't see why not. Afterall it's not a huge sum of money you want to borrow.
There's a section on this site about 'stoozing' - transferring money from your credit card to your bank account at 0%. I think that's what it means. I'm not an expert, and I've not done it. I suggest you read up on it if you're interested.
Personally, I would try for the bank loan over 12 mths.If you will the end, you must will the means.0 -
You only wanted £500 in one of your other threads.
Make up your mind.
Oh, and read what you have already been told in the other threads and stop cluttering up the board.
Thank you.0 -

For such a small amount it's unlikely that any mainstream lender will consider a loan. You state you are earning about £10k, which is fairly low but in another post you say you are living with your dad virtually rent free.
Surely with no rent to pay you should be able to save up this amount fairly quickly. As you presumably were aware of the need for this money for some time, you have perhaps already saved up a fair chunk of it and hopefully by November will have the full amount.
If you are not capable of saving such a small amount over several months, then I wonder whether you would be able to make the repayments on any loan, were you to get one.0 -

A constant source of amusement!
If you read his other posts you might get a clue as to why he wants to borrow £1000.
Someone has told him about the Philippines:Don't intend to work out there, justl ive. Phillapeno friend told me it is so cheap £1,000 could keep you going for months
