Please help clean up my credit file after bankruptcy

I was declared bankrupt on 19th April 2007 and discharged on 19th April 2008.
Everything on my credit report shows settled or satisfied and marked to be removed in 2013 except HSBC whi still have it marked as default?
I cannot find my confirmation of being bankrupt nor my confirmation of discharge and don't really know where to turn.
I am in a much better position financially now than i was then but cannot do anything at all and with a 2.5 yr old child i need to relocate to somewhere more suitable.
Any help, ideas, suggestions or advice that people can give would be gladly accepted.
Thanks
S

Hi S, I would ring your court you went BR and ask for a copy of your Bankruptcy Order (they probably will charge for this, what I don't know!) and you will have to pay £70 to them for a Certificate of discharge too (this could be free if you are on benefits).
Then you can get your default marked settled, good luck and lets us know how you get on.
Best wishes

Or get intouch with your old OR's office and ask if they will provide a letter to say you are discharged. They may charge you a small sum for this.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
