If it's a two hour drive I'd imagine another Tesco closer to you may have them. I believe the Tesco customer service line can help with finding an item in stock.

Hmmm I'd love to but I have a phobia of making phone calls...and no I'm not joking! Compared with making a call, that two hour drive looks quite attractive!

    Dialup :rotfl:
I think some people still use it lol. Just I posted something massive file size somewhere once a while ago and it downloaded for me in seconds, yet aggravated some dialup users. Force of habit to give warning just in case.
Wanted a job, now have one.

Be warned if you buy a breadmaker you'll put on stones!!!!;) I have put mine in hibernation because I can't resist the bread when its warm and I even have a recipe for mine to make chocolate marble cake. I made it and the next day my DS said can I have some of that cake and I fibbed and said "Sorry it went a bit funny and I threw it away" I had eaten it all:rotfl::rotfl:But seriously they are brilliant and if you can get one that's a great price.

Any chance of that recipe hon?

Got the one and only breadmaker today in b@ng0r NI. Also got a slow cooker but unfortunately it had gone from £10 to £14.97 in a couple of days. Best make sure that I make the most of my new gadgets.

Actually, wasn't someone mentioning that you can get yeast for free or am I imagining it?
  • Just to let everyone know. I phoned up my local branch (Bromborough, Wirral) on Monday. Was told showing zero instore and zero nationwide. I told Customer Service guy, my sis has already asked for one to be put behind for her to pick up later that day. Got told that one had probably been taken off the system already! Anyway, thought he was talking a load of balls so drove to branch and lo and behold. Had one in clearance, couple on shelf and one put behind for my sis!!! I'd advise not to phone, just go in if you're nearby.
  • there was 2 left at ingle3y barw1ck at the back of store above the pots and pans

1 of mine is out of its box, sitting on my side, all ready to be filled with yummy stuff to bake a loaf for when I wake up in the morning.

The other is in the loft as a xmas present for my brother and his wife. They will be extremely happy.
