Hi oh I have done dont worry and I'm getting a gift card back for inconvenience and they are supposed to be contacting the store. The thing is these people in the shop eg supervisors say what they like and sometimes make things up when we know otherwise.0 -

I know lots of people save the 10% vouchers from Lush gift boxes to use when they're doing a big shop at Lush. Lush stopped issuing the vouchers a while ago and said that existing vouchers would always be honoured. Now they've announced on their forum that they won't be accepted after 31/10/13 - even though none of the vouchers have an expiry date on them. I'm pretty sure it's not lawful but that doesn't seem to bother them.0

E.G can you use a coupon on sale items it the coupon says not to be used in conjunction with promotional offers.0 -

Depands on individual store and check out operator attitude. Generally the bigger the store the less likely they are to decline coupon like that. Hth0
