Query I have - some vouchers I print have a half page advertisement and THEN the coupon. Don't know how to print JUST the coupon - looked in preferences and everything.

My printer is HP C4580 I think from memory if that helps.....

It depends if you get any print dialogue. I know what you mean for some of the couponstar ones it's annoying seeing a massive advert printed.

If it's one of the Kukutoo ones (eg cravendale) and if you use chrome you can play with customised margins and then just print the "page" you are interested in. It's easy - just drag the bars to crop the coupon.

Is there any option in your printer properties to print up-side-down? That way you could stop it in the way myrtleturtle suggested?

Hadn't thought of doing that - worked on the Greens cake coupon for me & if you stop it fast enough you can turn the sheet round and use for another print.

Just had an horrendous shopping trip at T's. Over the last few weeks I have been using slightly more vouchers than usualas I'm stocking up for Christmas. Last week the checkout operator mentioned that she had been warned to make sure I had bought everything. This week I made doubly sure that every coupon and item matched up. As soon as I arrived at the checkout ( I always use the same one) the girl said she had been instructed to call the Supervisor over when I arrived. Two Supervisors appeared and started to check items with coupons before they even went through the till. They accepted some coupons and not others . Amongst the ones rejected were some for Heinz soup (which is on special offer) their reason 'it was a photocopy' yet it had been printed off the same computer and printer as other coupons which had been accepted. I pointed this out but they still refused. I told them I no longer wanted the soup and would complain to head office. When I got home I realised the soup had still been put through. I'm too tired and upset to take it back. I have just come off the phone, rather embarrassingly I burst into tears whilst explaining what happened. I explained I have ME and any stress exacerbates it. They gave me a ref number and said they will get back to me. It was really horrible.

    Yes thats right.

I even showed them a copy of T's coupon policy which was posted on here at some point, but they still would not accept the coupons.

  • That's the Tesco I use. I don't always go there, as it's about a 20 minute drive for me, but it's the closest Tesco to me. When I first started using coupons, they were great for taking them, never said a thing, everything scanned through fine, but lately they haven't been so good at taking them. They check and question everything and one of the supervisors is so miserable and horrible, her customer service is shocking!

So sorry to hear this too. Apparently my local Tesco is 'keeping an eye on me with my coupons' too. It's horrible to be made to feel like a criminal when you are trying to save money. Follow through with the complaint as they need to learn to not treat people this way. x
:D Coupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D

:j A coupon for a free item that is price glitched in Mr T's to be cheaper than Sada for an apg = HEAVEN :j

    :money: total = £47.48 cc = 413 selling stuff = £23.00 Floor pennies = £5.79
