    Hi moos mummy,

I'm not quite sure what's carry pack.... but the coupon went through without a problem, just SA needed to check with her manager and they both scanned through all of my coupons and didn't fault them. There's definetely 48 nappies per bag.
The coupon says it's up to a value of £6.49 but on my receipt it actually came up as £6.65 - SA just scanned it and it worked

  • anyone tried using the 50p off blue diamond nuts from tesco real food magazine alongside the BiS voucher? If you have got a £1 BiS coupon you could get them for 49p, for the first 5,000 with the free voucher it might get you 50p off the rest of your shop!

    I didn't win either
Sorry MT just realised no MOCs involved so probably shouldn't be on this thread.

But on topic - I think there is a 50p MOC for Blue Diamond almonds in the latest Tesco mag which could potentially be combined with the £1 on BIS
  • I don't think anybody has been on the wrights website but they have a comp to win an apron at the moment and if you join you will get a recipe booklet and moc. I ordered mine last night. Think i'll shall get some more wrights for weekend baking. Oddly enough there are a lot of varieties not picked up by any store. Also anybody notice that there used to be a good selection in asda but now they do there own range which is much smaller?

there is a recipe for free ariel stain remower from tesco,

    - first you have to spend 1 pound for ariel stain remover for whites, but it will come back to you.

    - buy a.s.r for whites and use coupon from ssm and from tesco price drop leaflet- you will pay 1 pound for it

    - do the price chceck and you will get this 1 pound back and you can use it next time with the other two coupons and you will get this ariel for free :j

hope you will follow this- i'm not good with explaining things :) but it works :j:beer:

After having a look at some of the things in my cupboard I have been having a trawl around some of the manufactures i went to the quaker oat site and they have a competition enter your recipe and you may win a hamper! Well I did and at the end of it I had a voucher to print out for £1 off any Quaker Oat product

  • The Gu pdf coupons have expired, the expiry date to use them was 01/03/12, the August date is for the retailer to redeem them by.

I emailed them to say they used a lot of ink in printing (it was hardly worth printing them but lucky I have a laser printer), I got a thanks back but no coupons.

be careful when in sainsburies buying lots of things with coupons as i went over the threshold as usual and although my first 4 went through with the sa doing the last 2, the one that caused the problem (almonds) didnt go through and it was ironically the one worth the most!.
i couldnt get it back through coz id already put it in the slot as i didnt find out until the receipt was printed.

Did get 2 free bread mixes, 45p off kerrygold butter x3, £1 off cinnamon cranberries as well.

The threshold is only on the self-service tills but I wouldn't worry about that. When it says you've reached the limit, just get a SA over to put the others through. That's what I did in both Tesco and Sainsburys the other day (I had 15 Wrights mixes at both). The SA in S's told me that the limit is actually to use the right amount of coupons for the products you buy, which is fair enough.

I'm never embarrased about using coupons. Back when I had loads of £1 coupons from Mission Control, I was buying up to 30 products at a time for free. My thought is, if they don't let me have them (I had an issue using Herbal Essences one) I ask them to take back the items. I'm not scared or embarrassed. It's not like they don't get the money back anyway.
