    You should have asked the SA what this meant then ;)
    To the customer: Hand this coupon to the Tesco checkout operator to receive the benefits as shown.

    my loreal coupons say printed, i have not printed any since way before xmas as there were none there for me to print :(

    Try logging in on a different computer. I had the same problem but I logged at work and it was okay again.

    Not sure if this is the right thread to post this in (I'm just over half-way through my night shift so pls bear with :A) - if I print a coupon online, will shops accept it if it's black and white and not printed in colour? I printed some off from the Tesco magazine and at the moment I don't have a colour printer so wanted to check before trying to use them.
